  • Mastering the general concepts and application of operational management in the field of room division
  • Mastering the principles and procedural knowledge of reservation, guest registration, guest luggage handling, and telephone handling on the field of front office.
  • Mastering the techniques of public area maintenance, guestrooms preparation, linen handling, floral arrangement on the field of housekeeping
  • Mastering the principles and procedural knowledge of computer applications related to the field of front office and housekeeping.
  • Mastering the theoretical concept and application of the design layout area and guest service area.
  • Mastering knowledge of materials and machinery operation management in the front office and housekeeping
  • Mastering the general theoretical concepts and application of division operation budget.
  • Mastering the general theoretical concepts and application of marketing in room division.
  • Mastering the theoretical concepts of the application of excellent service
